On this e-bike tour especially for women, all your senses will be awakened and new energies recharged. Together with our experienced course leader Forest Bathing and Wine Guide, you will discover the sources of the forest, wine and water. During this nature experience you will learn many exciting things about the power of the forest and the local winegrowing craft. The beautiful landscape as well as the visit to vines and a winery will make you forget time and space. You will be spoilt with regional delicacies and accompanied along the way by the mineral water of the Tamina Therme Bad Ragaz.
Description
This tour starts at the Tamina Therme Bad Ragaz e-bike station. In the morning you will be introduced to the art of forest bathing. After a lunch, it's onwards on the e-bike through the Bündner Herrschaft, past vineyards to a beautiful winery. You will get an insight into the wine cellar and learn a lot of exciting background information about the secret of winemaking. The finale is the wine tasting accompanied by regional delicacies such as salsiz and cheese.
