During the journey through the Bündner Herrschaft, you will learn everything about the wine culture and history of this unique region along the Rhine.
At 15:30
In a Wingert (vineyard), you will be brought closer to the varied work of the vine master. A winegrower from a selected winery will welcome you in his cellar. There you will be introduced to the secrets of winemaking. The tasting, with drops from the estate's treasure chest, and the aperitif will be served accompanied by natural Bündner dry meat specialities and cheese from the surrounding valleys.
