On this day tour, our Sommelier and Wine Guide, who specialise in organic wines, will take you to two selected wineries that produce their wines according to organic guidelines. You will learn everything about organic and biodynamic cultivation and its background. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and taste the wines.

• Pick-up at a train station or hotel in the region

• Discovering the region and its historical and cultural background

• Visiting the vineyards to learn about the biological cultivation of the vines

• Lunch with accompanying wine at a typical restaurant in the region 

• Introduction to the secrets of winemaking and sensory analysis as well as guided tastings of organic wines with local specialities such as salsiz and cheese from the surrounding Alps.
