During the drive through the picturesque villages of the Bündner Herrschaft, you will learn exciting facts about the origins of Graubünden Pinot Noir, our unique terroir, wine culture, and the history of one of Switzerland's most renowned wine regions.

 

Vineyard and cellar whispers

In the middle of the vineyard, you will learn more about the seasonal work in the vineyard and our unique terroir. At a selected winery, you will be introduced to the secrets of winemaking. In the historic wine cellar, you will experience the combination of honest craftsmanship and a great deal of passion. During the guided tasting, we will serve you Graubünden dried meat specialties and cheese from the surrounding Alps and valleys.

The stylish conclusion to your wine experience: a seasonal 4-course wine tasting menu, accompanied by a selection of first-class wines from the Bündner Herrschaft region, carefully chosen by Oliver Friedrich – served with a view over the vineyards of Jenins and great attention to detail.

After dinner, we will accompany you back to your hotel or a train station in the region.
